Parents are more important than any fraternity in the development of college students as they grow into young adulthood. The Phi Lambda Theta Chapter seeks to keep our parents informed and engaged with what is happening with their son’s fraternity, but will outline some of the highlights of our chapter that set us apart from other organizations. First, and most important, the Chi Phi Fraternity does not tolerate hazing of any kind. Our members join because they want to be a part an organizaton formed out of respect each other. Second, the Phi Lambda Theta chapter shows an unparalleled dedication to service and philanthropy. We hold ourselves to a higher standard and want to help others. Finally, we want to be the best - have the higest grades, be the most involved on campus, and prepare the best men for the world after college. Being a part of a fraternity has outstanding benefits for its members to build relationships and skills that will help in the future.
